1. WHAT DOES THE “BEST MOMENTS” CLIP MEAN ANO WHY DOES IT PLAY SUCH AN IMPORTANT ROLE IN YOUR SERVICES?
The best moments (also called highlights clip) is a video a few minutes in length that summarises the wedding and that presents the most important moments of wedding videos. This material is in itself a film, which often has a bigger success than its complete counterpart.

2. WHAT IS THE QUALITY OR RESOLUTION FILM?
At the moment we have two options regarding the resolution of our wedding videos:
- Full HD, meaning 1920 x 1080 pixels, the resolution most frequently found in the online domain and in case of digital data carriers. It provides an exceptional image quality ( a big part of the TV channels transmit at standard definition (720 x 576 px) or HD (1280 x720 px). In addition, except for a few online cases the Full HD is the maximum quality of most materials).
- 4K, otherwise called UHD or Ultra High Definition, meaning 3840 x 2160 px. It is a superior resolution to the Full HD quality (approximately 4 times more detailed than full HD)
3. WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?
Any camera is only as good as its user. Starting from this thought, our website doesn’t feature tens of photographs of us with our cameras or technical lists about them, even though they would probably look good. We believe that the added value of our wedding filming service is based on our working style and our creativity.
We can nevertheless tell the technology enthusiasts that we work with DSLR cameras with interchangeable lenses and a range of accessories that enable us to make a dynamic shooting either from the ground or from the air.
4. WHY ARE PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES NOT ‘NCLUDED IN YOUR OFFER?
We have decided to focus strictly on filming, on wedding videos, as it is well known that performance can be achieved only when narrowing down the tasks. There are many offers that come with “special packages” including both photos and filming. However, because of the many possible approaches to wedding photography, we want you to have the freedom to choose whoever suits best your taste and not restrict this by coming with our own photography partners.
We can, of course, recommend you different professionals in the field, but the choice should ultimately be yours.
5. IN WHAT TIME SLOT WILL YOU BE PRESENT AT THE EVENT?
We are usually with you since the beginning of the preparations until the end of what is important regarding the reception or the party. Availability may depend on the exact service you choose, but usually we offer full coverage since we believe that in order to tell a complete story we need to be present at the most important parts of your wedding
6. HOW LONG IS THE FINAL VERSION OF THE FILM?
The length of our wedding videos depends on a number of factors, including the nature of the event, complexity, geographical areal and your expectations, but usually, it is about a few tens of minutes in length, sometimes 15-20 minutes, other times 30-35 minutes.
As a clarification, the tariff is for our presence, for our working style, for our experience and vision and not for the number of filmed minutes or hours.
If you would like a material significantly longer , we are probably not the right choice.
7. WHAT IS THE FILMING STYLE?
The style and way we film and are present at the wedding is first of all a non-intrusive one. We wish to blend in with the wedding and attract as little attention as we can, because this is the key to capturing sincere and natural emotions. In addition, for an authentic result, we use cameras and equipment that are similar in effect with the recording devices used in the film industry.
When editing, we highlight the most important moments so that the resulting material is a truly professional wedding film and not merely a documentation of the event.
8. WHO CHOOSES THE SOUNDTRACK?
We are always open to ideas and suggestions regarding the soundtracks; however, usually the couples trust us with this choice.
9. HOW ARE THE MATERIALS DELIVERED?
You will receive the wedding film on a USB drive in a personalised hardwood box. We also deliver both the short clip and the long movie (with password) online and make it available for online playback for an indefinite amount of time. 10. DO YOU TRAVEL TO OTHER CITIES AND COUNTRIES?
Yes. We don’t tie our services to a certain area. Up to the present we have filmed events in a multitude of cities and we therefore travel regularly in other countries, so we gladly accept new challenges.
Our quote will always include any extra costs such as travelling, accommodation etc. so it will be a final one including all costs and taxes.
